You are not allowed to use our app for illegal/unethical purposes. In order to buy or use this app, you MUST agree to this EULA (End User Legal Agreement) conditions. Carefully read our END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT “EULA”, or “User Agreement” before you buy TTS Software or licensed software, as it will be known after your installation. By installing or putting TTS software to use, you are agreeing to follow the terms and conditions attached to our proprietary software and application. This EULA is an agreement that is subject to litigation and legal processes and is binding between you and TTS. Do not download or install this software if you do not agree to the express and implied terms of this EULA.
- You acknowledge and fully agree that you are the owner of device on which you will install the software onto OR you have the written consent of the device owner on which software will be installed.
- You acknowledge and fully agree that you are tracking your own kid(s) who is under 18 years old or your employee with his consent, before buying and installing this software.
- You acknowledge and fully agree that you will notify the individual that the device they are using has monitoring software installed and their usage of that device including all data is been monitored by you.
- Upon unauthorized installation of this software/app onto a tablet or mobile device which you do not own or have proper permission, TTS will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in case of any need. TTS will share with them customer and purchase information.
- You agree that you will research about all local and International laws to make sure you are complying with them. It may be illegal in your region to track or monitor other people by your device. Make sure you comply with all laws and will not monitor others without permission.
- You fully agree to the conditions mentioned on this page. This includes the fact that we are not responsible for any type of lose, litigation, or legal issues that may arise due to use or abuse of TTS.
by accepting this agreement, you agree to install this software/App only on a device or devices owned by you or you have its legal rights, you also agree to inform any person(s) who use(s) a device with the software/app installed and any other person with the right to access a monitored account of the presence of the software. Failure to comply may result in you breaking state and federal laws. You understand and agree that you will be responsible for any legal costs incurred by TTS resulting from your improper or illegal use of the software/app .
TTS application software/app that is subject to this license is referred to in this license as the Licensed Software. The Licensed Software and any other products offered on this website are licensed, not sold, to You. TTS reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.
This license of use of our Software is limited to the subscription plan you have signed up and paid for. Upon expiration of your subscription plan, your access and usage will cease unless renewed. Failure to renew your subscription necessitates that you uninstall the Software from your device.
The limited warranty offered with this Software License expires at the end of your subscription plan subject to any extensions granted as a result of replacements, updates or possible supplements.The warranty provided is excluded by circumstances or acts of negligence by the user, other parties or a force majeure.By Installing our software, you avow that you have read, understood and consent to the underlying terms and conditions for the use of TTS Software, and that you are bound by the express and implied terms and conditions.
No third party shall be permitted to enforce the terms and conditions of this Software License. This User Agreement shall be actionable under Common Law, and across global jurisdictions, as may be applicable.
